Website information

How we use inquiry and website information.

The information needed to respond to a business question and understand whether the website is useful.

Diagnostic inquiries

When you send the inquiry form, Soaring Demand LLC receives your name, email, company, role, business question and timeframe. We also record the page where your visit began and any campaign labels in the link you followed. We use this information to review fit, respond and manage the potential engagement.

Records are stored in the website’s hosted database on Cloudflare through Sites. The inquiry inbox is restricted to the site owner’s signed-in account. Form details are not sent as analytics events, placed in page URLs or added to a marketing subscription.

Meeting requests

The next-step meeting link opens cornenieuwoudt.com. That page collects a separate preferred time, name and email. A request does not reserve a slot; Corne confirms meetings separately.

Website measurement

We count resource, diagnostic, sample and intake page views, form starts, successful submissions, sample downloads and clicks to the meeting-request page. These are aggregate counts, not unique people. They use page paths and campaign labels, without analytics cookies, cross-site trackers, persistent visitor identifiers or form contents. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for these optional measurement events.

Campaign labels are carried in internal links so an inquiry can be associated with its source. For spam prevention, the server uses a salted, time-limited hash of the network address; the raw address is not stored in the inquiry or measurement tables. Rate-limit records expire after 24 hours and are removed on subsequent requests. Hosting providers may process technical request logs to operate and secure the service.

Follow-up and information requests

We keep inquiry information while evaluating and responding to the request and managing any resulting work. Contact corne@soaringdemand.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about this notice. Please do not submit customer records or confidential documents through the inquiry form.
